WATER IS EVERYWHERE! 💦

Water is a part of our everyday life and in the Be Water Wise episode of the Bite Back Tour, we join forces with special guests from local water agencies to discuss how residents can use and save water wisely. Residents learn what it means to be in a drought, where water comes from, and how water use efficiency programs are available to them.

In the episode, we also chat about our shared mission to keep mosquitoes from breeding in your backyard by creating Tip 'N Toss routines so residents can establish healthy water smart homes.

how to be WAter wise: 

Eliminate breeding spots each week. Scan your yard for containers that catch water (I.e. plant saucers, buckets, tires) and give them a Tip 'N Toss. A mosquito's aquatic larval stage can flight-and-bite in 7 days!

The Bite Back Tour was developed by the Bite Back Program outreach team to build healthier, bite-free communities by bridging the gap between residents and experts.

Of course, topics revolve around mosquitoes and the diseases they spread to people. Just like a band, the virtual tour hosts informational conversations targeting different interests and professions in the San Gabriel Valley.
